Renovation process

We publish a scope sheet, cost band and material ledger before demolition begins. Each phase below carries its duration and the payment milestone tied to it, so you always know what is finished before money moves.

    Survey and scope sheet

    Measured survey, structural and damp check, plus utility routes. You receive a scope sheet with quantities, demolition limits and an indicative cost band for the flat.

  2. 02

    Design and material ledger

    Layout drawings, electrical and plumbing plans, then a material ledger listing origin, maintenance and price tier for every finish we propose.

  3. 03

    Works and site management

    Demolition, first fix, screeds, second fix and finishing, run by our own crew with a weekly photo log and a named site manager on site.

    Handover and warranty

    Snag list walkthrough, systems commissioning and a handover pack with as-built drawings, appliance documents and a 24 month workmanship warranty.

Studio credibility

What we can document before you sign anything

Registration records, insurance policies, named suppliers and the warranty we write into the contract. If a statement cannot be checked, we do not print it.

Company registration

Insurance held
Contractor liability up to 1,000,000 UAH per site, plus works insurance covering demolition, wet trades and delivery damage. Certificates are attached to every contract schedule.
Local partners
Three Kyiv-based suppliers on standing agreements: a reclaimed-timber yard in Podil, a joinery workshop in Nyvky, and an electrical contractor licensed for apartment panel upgrades.
Crew experience
Two senior site foremen with 14 and 11 years on residential renovation. Tiling and plaster crews are in-house rather than subcontracted per job.
Warranty terms
24 months on installation and finishes, 60 months on structural and waterproofing work, 12 months on supplied appliances under manufacturer cover.
